Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Trainer to coach field teams in late‑stage collections, develop training materials, and run workshops ensuring compliance and effective recovery.

You will observe staff in the field, deliver real‑world training, assess progress, and maintain training records while upskilling employees across processes and safety standards. This role offers hybrid work with a focus on performance and development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience related to the role.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong commitment to the development of others.
• Target driven and can work under minimal supervision.
• Analytical and logical skills with excellent interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel or rove to Metro Manila areas or designated sites.
• Good communication skills in English and Tagalog, with one local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Observe and guide employees in the field to improve performance.
• Deliver training programs in workplace or client sites with customized content.
• Assess trainee skills and monitor progress; adjust methods as needed.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and maintain attendance records.
• Facilitate off‑boarding and provide feedback and coaching.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance among trainees.
• Facilitate product knowledge and cross‑skills development.
• Create communication materials and coordinate with various departments.
• Update training materials as needs evolve.
