Qualifications

• Previous work experience not required but experience in field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field work with door-to-door visits for debt collection.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment deadlines or plans.
• Handle client questions or complaints regarding balances.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.

Skills

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)

Education

At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
