Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance efforts across collection-related processes. You will monitor, measure, and validate activities, spot areas for improvement, and drive adherence to customer experience standards with fairness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, audit analyst work, and support in creating CCR files for process changes while enabling a supportive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant QA experience.
• Strong analytical and logical abilities.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements and QA initiatives.
• Foster unity and a positive team environment.
• Manage manpower distribution based on FTE.
• Ensure processes align with customer experience standards.
• Validate difficult dispute scenarios and audit analyst work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain good stakeholder relationships and create CCR files.
