Job summary

Nike seeks a passionate Project Manager to lead the Future of Youth Sport strategy in Mexico City, driving community investments and coach training through strong stakeholder engagement. You will manage cross‑functional collaboration across LATAM teams and external partners, delivering measurable social impact.

The role requires 4+ years in CSR/community development, excellent communication and English fluency, and the ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in CSR and/or community development.
• Experience across NGO/government/education/sport or youth development.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, written and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English – spoken and written.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Future of Youth Sport strategy across Mexico City with community investments and coach training.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration.
• Coordinate with grantees focused on getting kids active and engaging employees.
• Collaborate with Youth Sport Research and Innovation to measure impact and drive outcomes.
• Implement and manage an integrated community development approach aligned with CSR strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day relationships with cross-functional LATAM teams to drive collaboration.
