JOB MISSION:

We are seeking a results‑driven leader to oversee our Direct‑to‑Consumer business across Latin America. As the DTC Associate Manager for Latin America, you will deliver strong commercial performance while elevating the brand experience across 120+ retail stores and 8+ ecommerce sites in the region. You will partner closely with our regional distributors to create a seamless, high‑impact consumer journey, with a strong emphasis on in‑store engagement, omnichannel integration, and best‑in‑class ecommerce execution. In addition, you will champion the implementation of our global strategy and KPIs across the full portfolio—aligning partners to a shared vision and enabling them to meet or exceed all financial and operational targets.

This role will be on a hybrid model (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote), based out of our Mexico City office.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Partner with regional teams to define DTC KPIs, site metrics, P&L benchmarks, and operational standards, ensuring successful execution of strategic plans.

Lead best in class consumer experience across retail and digital, including in store activations, personalized journeys, and integrated service touchpoints.

Collaborate with LATAM merchandising to shape long term business plans and address needs in assortment, site merchandising, marketing, and inventory.

Partner with Global DTC Technology to enhance site functionality, innovation, and consistency, ensuring seamless consumer experiences across markets.

Oversee regional retail development—including new stores, remodels, visual merchandising, and outlet strategy—while supporting in store promotions, events, and training deployment.

Drive digital marketing strategy and omnichannel alignment, optimizing traffic, conversion, and customer experience across ecommerce and brick and mortar, with focus on Mexico and Brazil.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.

3–5+ years of direct‑to‑consumer experience, preferably with ecommerce.

Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and analytics tools, with the ability to influence and drive results in partner‑led environments.

Experience in footwear, apparel, or athletics industries preferred, along with familiarity across Latin America.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.

Willingness to travel internationally.
