Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its forex and CFD footprint across Mexico and LATAM. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners, and convert leads into active trading clients.

You will represent the company at industry events, conduct market research, and work with senior management to shape growth strategies for the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the forex & CFD industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and forex industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
