Job summary

Beyond I. Tech Ventures Corporation seeks a Laptop Sales Specialist / Sales Technician to guide customers in selecting laptops that fit their needs and budget while driving sales and providing basic technical support.

You will explain specs, compare models, upsell accessories, and assist with minor hardware upgrades and Windows installation as needed. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of laptop specifications and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Intel Core, AMD Ryzen, RAM, SSD, GPU, display specifications.
• Able to compare laptop models and recommend appropriate products based on customer requirements.
• Experience in laptop, computer, IT, electronics, or technology sales is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting laptops based on usage, preferences, and budget.
• Explain and compare laptop specifications, features, and performance.
• Recommend suitable laptops for gaming, business, productivity, and everyday use.
• Promote and sell laptops, accessories, peripherals, and related products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries, product comparisons, objections, and sales closing.
• Perform basic RAM and SSD upgrade recommendations and assistance.
• Provide basic technical guidance and explain product capabilities in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Support basic hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, Windows installation, and laptop upgrades when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on laptop models, processors, and technology trends.
