Job summary

LanguageLine Solutions seeks a Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for business client needs, sourcing, screening, assessing, and endorsing qualified candidates while building strong pipelines and delivering a professional candidate experience. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO, RPO, staffing, recruitment firms, or executive search preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati (3 days onsite per week).
• Open to a morning shift, primarily starting at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to candidate endorsement and hiring.
• Conduct candidate assessments to validate qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and role fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recommend qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, monitor pipelines, and support recruitment reporting and other hiring activities.
