Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways in Cebu City is seeking contractual Toll Collectors to manage cash payments at a toll plaza. You will classify vehicles, provide accurate change, and ensure excellent service to motorists while safeguarding cash float and completing shift reports.

The role requires working 24/7 shifts, following published rosters, and delivering precise transaction records and cash declarations at tour end.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and float management.
• Ability to follow procedures for cash declaration.
• Good numerical accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure and safekeep cash float issued and ensure adequate amount of coins all throughout the shift.
• Operate the manual toll lane by accurately collecting cash payments, correctly classifying vehicles, providing the appropriate change and delivering excellent customer service to motorists during toll collection.
• Accurately process transactions in the toll plaza, report incidents and maintain records in the shift report.
• Perform shifts in accordance with published shift roasters to cover 24 hours, 7 days per week.
• Accomplish all the necessary reports at the end of the tour of duty.
• Ensure accurate cash declaration and complete turnover of manual toll invoice and cash float prior cash declaration.
• Aid in distribution of flyers and ensure that tollway information given to customers is correct.
