Qualifications

• College graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leaders
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for coordination with stakeholders
• Experience in operations, shipping container and logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of landside business is an added advantage
• Capable of capacity management and staffing planning
• Experience working in a global business environment and dealing with cross-cultural teams
• Proactive leader with customer service mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to implement large-scale improvements through standardization and process capability

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence
• Drive end-to-end Landside operational performance and ensure service delivery
• Own team performance via KPI management, governance, reporting and data-driven decisions
• Build strong partnerships with regional teams, customers, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization
