Qualifications

At least 10–12 years’ experience in operations, shipping container and logistics or Freight forwarder industry.
Experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leaders.
Excellent verbal and written English skills for coordination with stakeholders.
Flexible working across shifts and adherence to office presence requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence, business outcomes, and continuous capability growth.
Drive end-to-end Landside operational performance, ensuring service delivery, process compliance, strong controls, and effective issue resolution.
Own team performance through KPI management, governance, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve quality, productivity, and profitability.
Build strong partnerships with regional teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration, service excellence, and business results.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation through standardization, automation, system adoption, and process optimization.
Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment aligned with Maersk values, promoting accountability, ownership, and effective communication.
