Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines invites a Labor Relations Officer to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, and to counsel staff on rights and interests under Philippine law. The role requires strong policy development skills, dispute mediation, and experience handling termination processes.

You will advise line managers on labor relations, support HR initiatives, and help ensure compliant, fair treatment across the organization in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig setup.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and counsel skills for workplace conflicts.
• Interpersonal and leadership abilities for cross-group coordination.
• Excellent writing and research abilities for legal documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of employees including onboarding, development, and off-boarding.
• Advise employees on DOLE rights and interests.
• Provide guidance to OM, SS, and TLs on employee relations matters.
• Develop and update company policies and procedures.
• Handle grievances, mediate disputes, and arbitrate between parties.
• Lead due process for termination, end of contract, and training contract cases.
