Hinduja Global Solutions Philippines is seeking an HR Officer – Labor Relations who contributes to labor relations and HR functions by collecting, maintaining, and managing documents for contracts, policy development, investigations, and negotiations under Philippine Labor Laws.
You will coordinate with stakeholders, organize labor relations documents, and support filing and case preparation, while ensuring compliance and handling employee discipline matters as needed.
HR Officer – Labor Relations
Summary: Contributes to Labor Relations and Human Resources functions by collecting, maintaining, and managing documents and records required for contract and policy development, investigations and negotiations, all in accordance with the Philippine Labor Laws
Acts as coordinator
Organizes labor relations contract proposals, memorandums, notices, and things of that nature
Assists in preparation, distribution, and filing of labor relations documentation and correspondence
Aids in arranging documents in relation to both internal and external labor cases of the company
Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders on labor relations concerns and case-related requirements
Monitors and follows through on labor relations matters, documentation, and action items
Provides administrative and operational support for labor relations activities and employee discipline matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably Labor and Industrial Relations or Human Resources
Strong knowledge on labor laws and issuances from the DOLE and other government agencies
Excellent command of both verbal and written communication
Prepared to work in both onsite and field environments
Willing to work mid-shift to graveyard shifting schedule in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
