Job summary

Philippines Fiber Optic Cable Network Ltd., Inc. (PFOCN) in Manila seeks an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations and labor compliance. You will handle disciplinary matters, investigations, and DOLE/NLRC engagements, ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR with strong experience in employee relations and labor compliance, plus excellent communication and documentation skills. Law background is advantageous; strong integrity is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Legal Management, or a related field; law background is an advantage.
• Strict and Strong personality
• At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably with strong experience in Employee Relations and Labor Compliance.
• Hands-on experience handling disciplinary cases, administrative investigations, DOLE matters, and NLRC cases.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, documentation, and case-handling skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with maturity and integrity.
• HR Heads, HR Officers handling discipline duties, Juris Doctors, etc... are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Manage disciplinary proceedings, including NTEs, administrative hearings, investigations, and recommendations for appropriate action.
• Represent the company in DOLE inspections, mediation, and NLRC proceedings, as needed.
• Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and OSH requirements.
• Draft and review employment contracts, memoranda, case documents, reports, and other HR/legal documents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to resolve employee concerns and prevent workplace issues.
• Support programs that promote a fair, respectful, professional, and compliant workplace.
