UNIQLO Philippines seeks an HR Labor Manager to lead end-to-end management of labor and employee relations cases while ensuring governance of HR policies. The role will advise management on labor compliance, policy interpretation, and labor-related risks, coordinating with Legal and stakeholders on issues and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Sufficient knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and Regulations, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, and Policy Management.
• Experience managing employee cases end-to-end, including investigation, documentation, resolution, and external communication with government units or third-party agencies.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor and employee relations cases from initial reporting through resolution and closure.
• Ensure due process, documentation, confidentiality, and timely handling of disciplinary cases.
• Collaborate with Legal and stakeholders on labor relations, discipline, compliance, and policy interpretation.
• Lead development, review, implementation, and governance of HR policies and guidelines.
• Maintain case trackers and analyze trends to identify preventive actions.
• Conduct briefings and training for managers and employees on policies and labor matters.

HR Labor Manager will lead the end-to-end management of labor and employee relations cases while ensuring consistent implementation and governance of HR policies. The role will serve as a key adviser to management on labor compliance, employee discipline, policy interpretation, and labor-related risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage labor and employee relations cases from initial reporting and investigation through resolution and case closure.
• Ensure proper due process, documentation, confidentiality, and timely handling of disciplinary and employee relations cases.
• Closely work with Legal and stakeholders on labor relations, employee discipline, compliance, and policy interpretation.
• Lead the development, review, implementation, and governance of HR policies and guidelines.
• Maintain case trackers and analyze trends, recurring concerns, and root causes to recommend preventive actions.
• Conduct briefings and training for managers and employees on policies, employee discipline, and labor-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has sufficient knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and Regulations, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, and Policy Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee cases end-to-end, including investigation, documentation, resolution and external related communication such as government units, legal, and other third party agencies.
• Strong leadership skills, organization management, effective communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters.
