E88 Ventures, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who will be the backbone of our support operations, serving as the bridge between users and our engineering team for a platform that includes mobile apps, IoT devices, and battery-swapping stations.

You’ll thrive on debugging, documentation, and helping the product scale. You will own escalated issues, contribute to the knowledge base, and guide customers through major incidents with clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support for software or platforms.
• Experience with logs/monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Basic SQL or scripting skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IoT, mobile apps, or fintech/wallet systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: diagnose 2nd/3rd line issues across our platform.
• Product Influence: provide feedback to improve the roadmap and permanent fixes.
• Scale the Knowledge: build and maintain internal knowledge base and runbooks.
• Incident Ownership: lead during major P1/P2 events and keep customers informed.
