Job summary

Gr atitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Lead (TSYS) for onsite work at Eton Centris, Quezon City. The role requires a rotating/shifting schedule and ASAP start date.

The candidate should demonstrate strong TSYS knowledge, production support experience, and leadership with solid incident management capabilities. Qualified applicants have 10+ years of relevant experience, proven RCA & SQL skills, Unix/Linux proficiency, and familiarity with ISO 8583, databases, and monitoring

• Strong knowledge of TSYS platforms.
