East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) invites experienced professionals to join our Business Development and Transaction Banking team as Onboarding and Integration Support Officer L1, located in Taguig or Makati with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role coordinates client onboarding and API portal integration activities, serving as the main contact for onboarding guidance, and collaborating with Product, Platform, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, customer support, or integration support, preferably in banking, financial services, or digital platforms, with API testing and integration experience.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation requirements, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs and system integrations, with strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.

Our Business Development and Transaction Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig or Makati with the role of Onboarding and Integration Support Officer L1.

In this role, you will coordinate client onboarding and technical integration activities for API Portal clients, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business requirements. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development Technology and Implementation to support the successful execution of API integration initiatives.
