Job summary

The role targets 1–3 years of experience in onboarding/implementation within financial services, with a focus on API testing and smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years in onboarding, implementation, operations, or integration support.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Governance.
• Strong documentation, incident management, and escalation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and API integration activities, from initiation through go-live.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing onboarding support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Platform, IT, Risk, and Compliance.
• Monitor milestones, testing, and readiness checkpoints for production activation.
• Communicate onboarding advisories, maintenance schedules, testing windows, and updates to clients/stakeholders.

What the role will entail

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, customer support, or integration support, preferably within banking, financial services, or digital platforms, with ideal experience supporting API testing and integration activities, addressing client inquiries, and guiding clients on implementation best practices.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation requirements, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs and system integrations, with strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
