Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train, support, and mentor associates on required skills.
• Assist the Training Supervisor with related tasks.
• Conduct Learning and Performance Needs Analysis (LPNA).
• Design and implement effective training programs.
• Facilitate soft skills training for customer experience.
