• Must have experience designing and implementing learning & development programs.
• Experience leading leadership and functional capability-building initiatives.
• Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and translate results into action.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan the overall Training / Capability Strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Provide direction to Training & Development team and design training plans.
• Develop annual training budget and monitor expenses against plan.
• Lead execution of the Training Plan and adjust as priorities change.
• Negotiate with external training providers to ensure value and flawless execution.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to drive Training/Capability Strategy.
• Drive Development Agendas for employees and leaders across functions.
• Coordinate international training exposure through Cell Training or Talent Exchange.
