Job summary

The role partners with managers and SMEs to conduct needs analysis, create content, deliver sessions, and measure impact using data-driven metrics, with a focus on leadership development and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience in real estate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create content and materials.
• Facilitate training sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide reports and insights to measure ROI and impact on organizational performance.
• Maintain and update training records, schedules, and budgets.
