Job summary

Visa is seeking a Consultant, Learning & Development, to partner with Client Services and other functions to translate business priorities into workforce capability development strategies. The role designs capability frameworks, proficiency models, and scalable learning programs that drive performance and transformation.

The position emphasizes AI enablement and human-centered design, with cross-functional collaboration across Visa University, Technology, and BI&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in Learning & Development or related areas.
• Experience translating business needs into workforce capability and development solutions.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder learning programs from discovery to implementation.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
• Experience applying performance consulting, human-centered design, and AI enablement in learning contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Services leaders to assess capability gaps and translate priorities into development strategies.
• Lead capability initiatives from discovery through implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Design skills frameworks, proficiency models, and workforce development plans.
• Evaluate gaps and recommend scalable learning experiences and adoption programs.
• Define success metrics and reporting for capability growth and business impact.
• Facilitate multi-week technical learning programs for onboarding and upskilling (Client Care).
