Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Program Manager to support strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across a global workforce. Reporting to the P&C Director, you will translate strategy into execution by partnering with stakeholders, developing curriculum, and applying instructional design to scalable sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, or related field is required.
4–6 years of experience in learning and development or related areas.
Experience partnering with leaders to assess needs and implement solutions.
Background in curriculum development, instructional design, and program delivery.
Experience managing the lifecycle of learning programs in fast-paced environments.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with learning systems, digital tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning strategies.
Design, deliver, and manage end-to-end learning programs and curricula.
Apply instructional design principles to create scalable learning experiences.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
Coordinate learning operations, calendars, enrollments, and evaluations.
Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement using data.
