VIATechnik is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Program Manager to support strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across a global workforce. Reporting to the P&C Director, you will translate strategy into execution by partnering with stakeholders, developing curriculum, and applying instructional design to scalable sessions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, or related field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in learning and development or related areas.
• Experience partnering with leaders to assess needs and implement solutions.
• Background in curriculum development, instructional design, and program delivery.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of learning programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with learning systems, digital tools, and reporting.
