The Midfield Group is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to advance our learning and development initiatives across the group. You will support learning solutions through in-person training, e-learning, and self-directed materials while collaborating with department heads to craft an L&D strategy and annual calendar.

You will design training materials aligned to compliance and professional development needs, serve as the Canvas LMS SME, and explore AI-driven enhancements to training

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development across multiple formats.
• Strong technical ability with a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred).
• Experience in digital course creation and knowledge of AI integration in training is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions to drive training initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and training governance is an advantage.

• Develop, support, and manage engaging learning solutions using in-person training, e-learning, and self-directed materials.
• Collaborate with department heads to craft and implement an L&D strategy and annual training calendar.
• Design and develop training materials aligned to compliance, operational, and professional development needs.
• Serve as the SME on the Learning Management System (Canvas), ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.
• Use technological knowledge to enhance training through AI-driven e-learning modules.
• Identify new training program opportunities and transform strategic concepts into actionable initiatives.
• Assess and map training needs across departments and roles.
• Assist in design and creation of training content with innovative tools and AI technologies.
• Participate in development and launch of a new training portal.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend integration to improve outcomes.
• Support a learning culture and continuous improvement in training domain.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
