Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES in Manila seeks an experienced KYC Team Lead to manage a pod of analysts, owning day-to-day delivery, performance, and quality outcomes while acting as the first escalation point for operational issues.

You will coach based on scorecard data, run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s, drive ramp-up, monitor attendance and adherence, and partner with QC to address defect trends and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of KYC-relevant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Ability to own pod-level delivery and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of KYC analysts; own pod-level SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.
• Conduct first-line review and approval of complex or high-risk cases.
• Run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s with coaching based on scorecard data.
• Drive ramp-up and track performance tiers; intervene with at-risk performers.
• Partner with QC to address defect trends and escalate as needed.
• Own attendance, shrinkage, and adherence; document capacity and protect metrics.
• Address attrition risk through engagement and recognition.
• Escalate operational risks with data and recommended actions.
• Support weekly business review by providing performance narratives.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate with Training to close knowledge gaps.
