Job summary

Accenture is seeking a KYC/AML Team Lead in Taguig, Philippines. You will manage a pod of analysts, own SLA, quality, productivity, and capacity metrics, and coach based on scorecard data and QC feedback to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will drive ramp-up, track performance tiers, and collaborate with QC to address defect trends while safeguarding operational integrity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant KYC/AML experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening and financial crime compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of KYC analysts; own pod-level SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.
• Allocate work, manage queues, rebalance capacity to meet daily/weekly commitments.
• Conduct first-line review and TL sign-off on high-risk cases.
• Run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s; coach using scorecard data and QC feedback.
• Drive analyst ramp-up; monitor performance tiers and intervene early for at-risk performers.
• Partner with QC to close defect trends; coach, retrain, or escalate as needed.
• Own attendance, shrinkage, adherence; document capacity issues with a paper trail.
• Manage attrition risk through engagement and recognition; spot disengagement signals.
• Escalate operational risks to the Delivery Lead with data and recommended actions.
• Support WBR by providing pod-level performance narratives and root cause commentary.
• Onboard new hires; coordinate with Training to close knowledge gaps surfaced during ramp.
