Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead a team of KYC analysts in Taguig/Cubao. The role focuses on supervising SLA, quality, productivity, and compliance with procedures while providing first-line issue escalation.

You will mentor team members, monitor performance, and collaborate with Quality Control and Training teams to strengthen controls. Night-shift, onsite or hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of KYC experience.
• Supervisory experience in AML/compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to review high‑risk KYC cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of KYC analysts and manage SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.
• Allocate workloads, manage queues, and optimize capacity to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Review and approve complex or high‑risk KYC cases.
• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly coaching sessions based on performance scorecards.
• Monitor performance, support ramp-up, and address gaps through coaching.
• Escalate operational risks and coordinate with the Delivery Lead.
• Support Weekly Business Reviews with accurate performance reports and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Training teams to onboard new employees.
