Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead the KYC team. The role is based in Taguig/Cubao with onsite and hybrid options, night shift, and weekends off.

You will oversee daily operations, QA, productivity, and team performance while coaching analysts and handling escalations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in KYC and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, with proven team leadership and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years KYC experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Proven KYC Team Lead experience.
• Strong analytical, coaching & stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach KYC Analysts.
• Manage SLA, quality, productivity & adherence.
• Review/approve complex and high-risk cases.
• Manage queues, capacity & daily volumes.
• Partner with QC on defect trends and retraining.
• Handle escalations, performance coaching & onboarding.
• Provide RCA and performance updates to leadership.
