Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is recruiting two Senior Analysts to join the Business Acceptance & AML team. This onsite/hybrid role is based in Taguig or Cubao (Quezon City) with a night shift and weekends off.

You will lead CDD under AML regs, map complex corporate structures, and support QA/QC performance coaching across the risk framework. Candidates should have 3–5 years of KYC experience and proven supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of specialized KYC experience.
• Proven QC and supervisory expertise.
• Experience coaching team members to improve performance.
• QA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Due Diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations.
• Research complex corporate structures and identify ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO).
• Support BAU teams across key risk policies, QC, and performance coaching.
