Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Supplier Success Professional to support contractors, suppliers, and vendors and be the first point of contact for customers. This work-from-office role is located in the Philippines – Pampanga (Angeles) with a morning shift.

You will participate in training during peak season, handle inquiries via multiple channels, document issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service and product experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Mandarin.
• Active listening and forward thinking.
• Working PC knowledge, Windows and related IT apps.
• Willingness to undergo 8 weeks of training during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to all customers.
• Research, clarify and resolve issues with a focus on customer experience.
• Interact with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Verify details on regulatory documents accurately.
• Record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
• Provide outbound follow-up via phone and email.

Job Description:

The Supplier Success Professional will assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors but being the first point of contact for all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to all customers
• Ability to research, clarify and resolve every issue providing solutions and or/alternatives for the desired outcome with focus on customer experience
• Interact directly with customers through telephone, email and chat
• Prioritize and resolve customer needs
• Accurately verify details on regulatory documents
• Record details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC)
• Provide necessary outbound follow-up, both via phone and email
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Escalate customer complaints and seek reach out options to provide additional assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Work as a team and be a positive addition to client's culture
• Performs other duties as assigned
• May be required to attend training, meetings, or seminars
• Contribute and report towards the team KPIS and objectives
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Excellent communication skill – both written and orally ( Chinese/Manadarin)
• Ability to Active listen and think 2 steps ahead
• Working PC knowledge, windows preferred and related applications (IT industry is an advantage)

• New-hire attendance needs to be at 100% from the date of hire through the training period.
• All new hires will undergo 8 weeks of training.
• The client training team will not allow any missed days.
• New hires also need to understand that they are being hired for peak season, meaning we will have blackout periods for leave that will remain in place for the duration of peak season.
