Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented O2C professional in Meycauayan/Makati to manage customer interactions and drive order-to-cash processes. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate risks and status across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Customer Service or Shared Services, with fluent Korean language skills and strong stakeholder management. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash.
• Fluency in Korean required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions including order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution via multiple channels.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of Order-to-Cash process from order capture to delivery and payment.
• Investigate and resolve order blocks, fulfillment issues, and billing concerns per SLA timelines.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for returns, refusals, and claims management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Management, Logistics, Billing, Sales).
• Maintain CRM/ticketing system records for data accuracy and visibility across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and contributing to process enhancements.
