Responsibilities

• Executing key activities within the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service
• Collections and Receivables Management: Analyze aging receivables, drive collection activities aligned with market policies, and recommend actions to improve cash flow
• Master Data and System Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP, including pricing, addresses, customer information, discounts, and packaging details
• Credit and Risk Analysis: Generate and review blocked order reports aligned with market credit policies
• Customer and Stakeholder Support: Understand market requirements and provide in-depth, solution-oriented responses
• Continuous Improvement: Support O2C initiatives with a strong first-time-right mindset, ensuring accuracy and minimizing rework
