Job summary

Ivoclar Philippines seeks a Knowledge Management Lead to govern, curate, and continuously improve enterprise knowledge within the GBS organization. You will ensure knowledge is captured, structured, and accessible to support operations, learning, and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will coach KM specialists, manage knowledge transitions, and collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs to maintain content quality and readiness for go-live. A strong emphasis on governance and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Knowledge Management or related discipline.
• Experience leading KM operations or teams.
• Proven governance, content lifecycle, and documentation standards.
• Experience with KM platforms (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence/Jira).
• Knowledge of ITIL/Service Management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day KM operations across IVSSI GBS.
• Plan priorities, resources, and improvement initiatives.
• Coach KM specialists and ensure standards are followed.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Drive KM governance and content quality with SMEs and Process Owners.
• Develop KM dashboards and performance reports.
