Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Knowledge Expert to lead knowledge management practices, content governance, and lifecycle management. You will create, review, and maintain knowledge articles, ensuring metadata standards and taxonomy alignment across the knowledge base.

You will collaborate with SMEs, service delivery teams, and stakeholders to improve searchability, drive adoption, and support incident resolution, training, and self-service through quality content and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4-6 years in Knowledge Management or Content Management.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge articles.
• Strong metadata and taxonomy skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow KM or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL Knowledge Management.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and publish knowledge articles aligned to governance.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy for searchable content.
• Perform regular content reviews and close feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate remediation with SMEs.
• Support campaigns and initiatives to improve content adoption.
• Assist in audits and compliance with KM policies.
