Job summary

eBiZolution Incorporated is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to identify, collect, analyze, organize and share knowledge across the enterprise. You will promote collaboration, ensure processes are understood, route critical knowledge to the right people, and support the KM culture with coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as technical writer, business analyst, PM or program manager.
• Experience in human resources and organizational learning development is helpful.
• Experience using a knowledge management system for 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams.
• Ensuring employees are aware of knowledge management processes and their purpose.
• Ensuring the right knowledge reaches the right people and is promptly applied to business activities.
• Helping capture new knowledge with a knowledge management system.
• Monitoring progress and learning processes by tracking engagement and outcomes.
• Providing coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture.
• Controlling accessibility and flow of knowledge within the organization and to external parties.
• Keeping knowledge technologies up-to-date and ensuring proper use of company tech infrastructure.
