Niit Technologies is seeking a Knowledge Expert to lead knowledge management efforts in Ortigas, Philippines. The role focuses on creating, reviewing, and maintaining knowledge articles and ensuring they meet metadata and taxonomy standards.

You will work with SMEs, service delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, searchable knowledge that supports incident resolution, self-service, and training initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Knowledge Management or Content Management.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge articles.
• Strong metadata management and taxonomy knowledge.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Knowledge Management or similar KM platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL Knowledge Management processes.

Aufgaben

• Create, review, and publish knowledge articles based on business requirements.
• Enhance existing content for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Conduct regular content reviews and close feedback, comments, and improvement requests.
• Ensure adherence to knowledge management standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Support monthly Knowledge Management campaigns and content improvement initiatives.
• Manage and validate metadata and taxonomy to improve searchability.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to close knowledge gaps.
• Monitor knowledge quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Support incident resolution, self-service, training, and operational efficiency through knowledge assets.
