Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a Kitchen Technician to maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment at Filinvest Hospitality Property. The role focuses on inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and related hotel industry exposure, with a drive for reliability and energy-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, repair, or preventive maintenance.
• Hotel or hospitality property experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect kitchen and laundry equipment per PM schedules and shift assignments.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions; execute corrective repairs as required.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Prepare material and parts estimates; coordinate procurement of spare parts and tools.
• Monitor utility consumption and maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Support fellow technicians and suggest improvements to reliability and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety, Fire & Life Safety and hotel policies.
