Job summary

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an experienced Technician to support the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth operation of outlet kitchens and maintenance of production and facility equipment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a hotel or hospitality setting, with knowledge across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the outlet kitchens in support of the Engineering Department's targets operationally and administratively.
• Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the site’s goals.
