Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is hiring a Duty Engineer to oversee the daily operation of building facilities, engineering systems, and equipment at Filinvest Hospitality Property in Clark.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or related fields, and will perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest and operational issues, and support energy conservation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in hotel engineering, facilities management, building maintenance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the daily operation of building facilities, engineering systems, and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other property systems.
• Respond promptly to guest room, public area, and operational maintenance concerns.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and hotel engineering procedures.
• Monitor utility consumption and support initiatives for energy conservation and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and service reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to address engineering-related concerns and operational requirements.
• Assist in emergency response procedures and ensure proper handling of technical issues.
• Ensure all engineering tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.
• Support renovation, repair, and improvement projects as required.
