Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, repair, or preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read manuals and follow PM schedules.
• Willingness to work in hotel kitchen environments.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect kitchen and laundry equipment regularly according to PM schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance checklists accurately and on time.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions; assist with installations.
• Prepare material estimates and coordinate with procurement.
• Record utility usage and maintain PM and repair logs.
• Support other technicians and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to safety policies and Fire & Life Safety standards.
