Job summary

YU RAMEN in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare, season, cook, and assemble menu items following approved recipes and safety standards.

You will manage stock, rotate ingredients using FIFO, keep workstations clean, and collaborate with cashiers and management to ensure smooth service during opening and closing shifts.

• Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare, season, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Kitchen Operations: Manage ingredient par levels, properly store and rotate stock using the FIFO method, minimize food waste, and handle kitchen equipment with care.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict personal hygiene, prevent cross-contamination, and keep workstations clean and sanitized throughout your shift.
• Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate closely with the kitchen team, cashiers, and management to fulfill orders efficiently and handle operational concerns promptly.
• Opening & Closing: Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including station setup, proper food storage, and end-of-shift cleanup.
