Grapevine in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our culinary team. This full-time role contributes to the production of our signature cupcakes and baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every product that leaves the bakery.

As part of the kitchen team, you will help prepare ingredients, operate bakery equipment and assist with decorating, while maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to established recipes and specifications
• Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens and decorating tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist in the mixing, baking and decorating of cupcakes and other baked products
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen workspace at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Support the head baker or kitchen supervisor with various kitchen tasks as directed
