Job summary

KStar Cuisine Inc is seeking a dedicated bakery production staff member in Metro Manila. You will scale, mix, knead, shape, and bake a range of doughs and pastries daily, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

The role requires attentive oven monitoring, ingredient prep, and strict sanitation practices. Responsibilities include inventory awareness and timely communication with management when supplies run low, plus maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Scale, mix, knead, shape, and bake a variety of doughs and pastries to standard recipes.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearances for quality.
• Prep fillings, glazes, and toppings; monitor inventory and notify when ingredients run low.
• Inspect finished baked goods to ensure presentation and flavor standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace; follow health guidelines and clean equipment after production.
• Be assigned to Greenhills Mall with hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a 1-hour break.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Baking: Scale, mix, knead, shape, and bake a variety of doughs, batters, and pastries according to standard recipes.


• Oven Management: Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearances to ensure optimal quality and consistency.


• Ingredient Prep & Inventory: Prep fillings, glazes, and toppings. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when ingredients run low.


• Quality Control: Inspect finished baked goods to ensure they meet presentation and flavor standards. Discard sub-par batches.


• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace. Adhere strictly to local health department guidelines and food safety standards. Clean equipment and workstations after production


• Willing to be assigned in Greenhills Mall with working hours of 5am to 2om (with 1 hour break)
