Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a kitchen supervisor to oversee culinary operations and ensure recipes are followed accurately. You will monitor portions, uphold food safety, and supervise prep teams to maintain consistency during shifts.

You will also manage inventory, assist with FIFO practices and train staff to uphold quality standards while coordinating between front-of-house and back-of-house during peak times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of P&L and food costing basics.
• Experience supervising kitchen prep.
• Familiar with FIFO and sanitation standards.
• Ability to train kitchen staff and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portion sizes to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
