The Kitchen Manager reports to the Culinary Operations and Culinary Director (R&D Department) and will oversee all Biggs stores within the Camarines Sur area. Responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, safety compliance, cost control, staff performance, and operational excellence to deliver high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager
• Hands‑on, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and manage diverse kitchen teams
