Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients (chopping, peeling, marinating, etc.).
- Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare food items as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling to prevent spoilage.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as needed.
- Assist in plating and presentation of food orders.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle heavy items.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
