Job summary

QRS DURIAN UNIVERSAL OPC in the Philippines is seeking a motivated sales professional to analyze conditions and trends within designated accounts. You will build strong trade relationships with outlet owners and prepare coverage plans to ensure consistent servicing.

You will implement product displays, maintain up-to-date account records, and execute action plans under OM/FS guidance while submitting timely sales reports and ensuring credit policy compliance across accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication to engage with accounts and resolve concerns.
• Good numerical skills to compute prices, margins, and credit terms.

• Strictly adheres to itinerary schedules for area coverage, sales activities, and collections.
• Plans and implements effective product displays across all assigned accounts.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, including assigned blocks or areas.
• Develops and executes action plans, programs, and directives in line with guidelines from the Operations Manager (OM) or Field Supervisor (FS).
• Submits accurate, timely, and updated sales reports, including competitor activities and trade information; regularly updates the account database.
• Implements, monitors, and improves merchandising activities and objectives per account.
• Ensures compliance of accounts with the company’s credit and collection policies.
