Qualifications

• Graduates with Electrical Engineering background.
• At least 2 years in Customer Service or Line Services.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 responsiveness to key customer needs and build lasting relationships with major account owners.
• Monitor large-scale projects and assist with load requirements and documentation.
• Notify customers of annual maintenance schedules and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and surface teams to ensure timely service delivery.
