Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Key Accounts Officer – Site Acquisition in Manila to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identify viable sites, and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for expansion projects.

You will collaborate with legal, engineering, and finance teams, analyze market data and regulatory considerations, and report progress to senior management while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies. Fieldwork may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in site acquisition, site development, network expansion, or property management.
• Strong analytical and research skills; experience with GIS systems.
• Effective negotiation skills and proven stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the site acquisition process.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify viable sites based on client needs, market conditions, and regulations.
• Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders for favorable terms.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and finance teams for seamless project execution.
• Analyze industry trends and market data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Prepare reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure all activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
